.three words...

Last month(i.e.february'2011) i bought these converse slip-ons. It made me smile and think WOW how simple those words are, yet how serious they are. It said "live laugh love".

The three most simple words...

three words that sets the records straight...

three words that carves a way...

three words that makes life complete...

three words...LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE <3>

We really need to LIVE our lives to their fullest. Think of it like this, when we receive a gift, do we toss it on the ground or put it away or ignore it and say," whatever? I will get to it one day." NO!!!!! We open it and enjoy it and appreciate what we got. Is Life not a gift to us to open and enjoy and take care of and appreciate what we got? YESSSSSSS!!! Need I say more on that word?

Then we have LOVE. There are many forms of love.... love of children, love of husbands, love of parents, love of animals, love of food (slurrppp!!), love of clothes, love of shopping, love of dancing, love of sports, love of friends, but the most important Love is the Love of oneself. We first must Love ourselves in order to be able to truly Love anyone or anything. So start lovin'!!

The third word LAUGH the greatest thing about this action is that it is contagious, have you ever noticed that no matter how uptight or low you feel that when someone starts to laugh, our body automatically changes and sends good vibrations to our brain which turns into a smile, even a laugh. I am going to put this exercise on my list of positive exercises and Yesss it does work!
